This is a collective trauma we are all experiencing. If you have already experienced trauma, this time is likely to bring up your experiences again. You may have difficulty sleeping or eating, you may feel constantly on edge, you may be spending endless hours on the internet, you may be spiraling into self-hate, or you may be experiencing flashbacks. It is important to get support.
Where are do you offer services? Sessions may occur in office or remotely through phone or video sessions.
How much does therapy cost? My current fees are $185- $200 for 50 minute individual sessions (pay at the level that makes the most sense for you), and $200 for 50 minute couples/relationship sessions. Longer sessions will be at the prorated rate.
Do you accept insurance? I do not accept insurance for my services, however some insurance providers may offer reimbursement for out-of-network providers. I am happy to provide a monthly super bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please do confirm that your insurance provides reimbursement for out-of-network providers before we begin working together.
How often do I need to come to therapy? Therapy sessions occur weekly for 50 minutes, 75 minutes, or 100 minutes — depending on your needs and preferences. We will work together to find a regular time spot that works for you and continue to meet at that time. This allows you to build a regular practice into your week of setting aside time just for you, and to have a consistent place to do the deeper work of healing.
What is your cancellation policy? I observe a 24 hour cancellation policy, so that if you need to cancel you may do so up to 24 hours before your session. Otherwise you will be charged the full fee for your missed session.
